All appointments at Glow require a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.This fee reserves your time with us and will be credited toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Any cancellations, Reschedules, or changes made to your appointment made within 48hours of your booking will result in forfeit of your booking fee.
