A minimum of 24hrs notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No shows & appointments cancelled within 24hours of the booking will incur a 50% charge of the original booking. Confirmation texts are sent out 24hours prior to your appointment time, please do not wait until after you receive your reminder to cancel or change your appointment.
